Welcome to the Farm of the Full Moon

We are breeders of Irish Dexter cattle. These small cattle originated in Ireland, where their hardiness and docile temperament quickly established them as the ideal small farm family cow. Today they still hold a reputation for giving good milk, having great meat, wonderful 4-H projects, or as fun pets.

Here at the Farm of the Full Moon, we are dedicated to continuing the integrity of this wonderful breed. We practice out cross breeding, seeking bulls that are not closely related to our fair ladies.

Our animals are handled daily from birth. They leave us halter & lead trained. This helps the transition to their new home to be less stressful for them and their new owners.
